Sourced from the Kindeng Mill in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, this natural process coffee is a blend of Arusha, Bourbon, and Typica varietals grown at altitudes ranging from 1520-1770 MASL. The Kindeng Mill works with approximately 1500 smallholder farmers, ensuring meticulous care from cherry to export. Cherries are carefully processed and dried on raised beds for about a month, resulting in an incredibly even and uniform bean.
