Coffee 102: Brewing Fundamentals | June 20th, 9am

In this class we cover different types of brewing, what makes them different, and the basics of manipulating extraction to brew the best coffee possible. We will taste the same coffee brewed over different methods to point out strengths and weaknesses of pour-overs, drip, cold brew, and more. If you are interested in comparing and contrasting brew methods or dialing in your home coffee setup– this is the class for you!
