This coffee is produced by 19 members of the Aljiri cooperative, which supports small farmers through investments in local infrastructure, road repair, and process oversight to prepare their coffee for export. The cooperative also aids the farmers in ensuring traceability and quality control. Bolivia has been a coffee-producing country for hundreds of years, and its farmers today are dedicated to producing delicious, high-quality coffees. We love this coffee for its deep winey notes, balanced acidity, and a complexity that will have you coming back for another cup!
