We roast Monday – Thursday every week. We do not roast Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please see our schedule below:

Online retail orders ship ground Monday – Thursday

Orders placed Fridays, Saturday, and Sunday will ship Monday

Orders placed Monday – Thursday will ship same day(excluding federal holidays)

All coffee will ship within four days of roast (usually within 1 to 2 days)

We do not roast Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
